How to Share A Sample Gallery with Capturelife



The best way to provide the customer with a good example of the experience is to create one demo job/customer.  
  1. Sign into App.GFcrew.com, Create a new Job and label your sample gallery.

  2. Use your phone number and a different personal email to create a customer within the new job. (signing yourself up as a customer)

    *note     that you need to use an email address that is separate from the one you use with your GFcrew account.*

    *You also can use a gmail alias instead of using a separate email account. Users can use 'sample+youremail@gmail.com'.

  3. Upload the sample images to the job in Capturelife Portal and notify yourself. You will receive a link just as a customer would.

  4. ​Share the resulting link with any customer in the future. This method will show them the right experience, including your branding, etc. 
            *Having them sign-up for the app independent of an order will not give them the same experience.*
