Simple. The GFcrew App will allow you to payment right there at the event or before the event even starts. We are integrated with Stripe, to take on site manual card payments or with a
sharable link for customers to Prepay. Once a customer has registered you will be notified.
You will not see each customer’s transaction in your Stripe account. The money collected is held by the system and payouts are initiated on the 7th & 22nd of each month. It is not until then that you’ll see any activity in your Stripe account.
Once payout is initiated, it will typically take 1 to 2 business days before it is deposited into the account you set up in your Stripe account.
Note: Only customer transactions that have fully cleared the bank by the time the payout initiates will be paid out. For example, if the 7th is a Monday, and you took registrations late Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, it is likely that they will not make the cutoff for Monday’s payout period. They will roll over to the following payout period.
