Setting up a Job for Pre-Registration

Step 1: Add Job
To add to a new job. Click the “ADD JOB” button.

Step 2: Create New Job with Pre-Signup Enabled
- Put in your job name, date, amount as normal.
- Toggle “Allow Pre Signup” ON
- Set the Max Pre-Signups you’d like to take.
- Now save your job

The Max Number Pre-Signups will restrict the number of players you want to take before the event.
It can be adjusted at any time. And you can take signup manually using the traditional method beyond the max number, if you’d like.
The customer will receive a message “no more spots available” if they select the event that is full.

NOTE:
If you receive this error message when trying to turn on “Allow Pre Signup”.
Then go back to the main screen.
Tap “Account” at the bottom to setup your phone number
Step 3: Generate & Share Link
- Once the job is created, go back to your job list.
- You’ll now see a globe icon next to your job name.
- Click that icon to copy the link or to visit the page.

By visiting the pre-registration page, you may have to log back into your account. Best to copy to clipboard and open in an incognito window.
When sharing the link on social media. Share the register.gfcrew.com/#### link. This is provide the best look to your customers.
The link is unique to you and does not change. It is the SAME link for all your jobs. If you have 5 jobs set for pre signup, then all 5 will be listed on that link.
There is no direct link to a specific job.
How to Market

Social Media
- Copy your pre-registation link like you saw above to your clipboard and post that link to social media.
- When you post your register.gfcrew.com/#### link Facebook will generate a generic preview that looks like this.
In Person/On Site

- Push for contactless payment using a QR code or social media.
Use a QR code generator to put your link on your flyers, sign-a-cades, etc

When the customer goes to your link they will see a list of upcoming events.
Optional: Shown here, you can display your phone number and/or email address to your customers.
This can be turned on or off by going back to the main page of the app, tap on Account to adjust this setting.
By default these are OFF.

CAUTION: If there are no spots left the customer will see this message:

1. The customer will enter all their info

2. The customer makes a payment.


3. The customer will receive a receipt

And YOU will receive a text letting you know that a player signed up.

Your text will look like this:
