Who owns the copyright to the photos?
As the photographer, the copyright remains yours. Each customer will have what's called a "personal use license" for their photos. This means they may use the photos in a non-commercial context such as sharing and printing for personal use.

Yes, you can definitely do this! You are able to log into your one account from each phone. This would allow you to work with a salesperson or another photographer who's shooting with you.
What size photos should we upload? Should I shoot in RAW?
The App will be best served using JPGs up to 5MB. From our experience, that is a good size for customers to share and print up to 16x20". No need to shoot RAW, unless you want to convert prior to upload. At Glossy Finish we shoot only JPG and keep ...

Yes, your customers can share their gallery with others. In fact we encourage it!
Is there a minimum charge for using the App?
Yes, there is a minimum service fee that we must collect, which has dropped from the old 15% to our new $5 +3% per customer.

It's almost instantaneous! Within seconds of your upload, your customer will receive a text linking to their gallery.

No, there is no limit. You can upload as many images as you feel is appropriate, and you can add images in more than one batch.
